One-room apartment with 2 or 3 beds, double bed loft, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, two terraces, one overlooking the sea and another one towards the Epomeo mount and the park. The apartment is furnished with table, armchairs, beach chair and sunbed.

3A San Francesco

One-room apartment with 2 or 3 beds, double bed loft, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, two terraces, one overlooking the sea and another one towards the Epomeo mount and the park. The apartment is furnished with table, armchairs, beach chair and sunbed.

1B Sorgeto

Large one-room apartment with 4 beds, windows overlooking the sea and a terrace within the garden, double bedroom on a loft, living room with double sofa bed, bathroom with shower, two windows overlooking the sea and a terrace in the garden with table, armchairs, beach chair and sunbed.

2b Cavascura

Sea view apartment with up to 6 beds. Three large windows overlooking the promenade of Forio and the harbor, with two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment is composed of a living room with a bathroom at the entrance floor. On the loft there are two adjoining bedrooms (one inside the other), one chair-bed, one single bed and an additional bathroom without shower. The apartment does not have a terrace but in the internal garden of the park there is a space reserved for hanging the laundry and a table with armchairs, sunblind, power outlet and an external light to stay outside, even in the evening, to have dinner, use the computer or charge the phone.

3B Maronti

Like the 2B apartment, this one has up to 6 beds, two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The double bedroom has a bathroom en suite (without a shower), a large living room with two big windows overlooking the sea and two chair-beds. The second bathroom has a shower and on the loft there is another double bedroom.
